Passive Obsessive: Is it insomnia if I choose not to sleep?

Debunking 9/11 has been my latest obsession. It's what brought me to Blogger, actually. Many moons ago, a co-worker sent me some intriguing links about that fateful day, including the infamous Loose Change video. I was skeptical, but intrigued enough that he kept sending stuff. I could see that a lot of it was pure speculation, but it piqued my interest. I started doing my own research, found the Popular Mechanics debunk, and it made loads more sense to me than any of the stuff my co-worker had sent. I forwarded it to my co-worker, and he quickly found a de-bunk of the de-bunk, which I saw had much conjecture and little substance. I said as much, and my co-worker stopped sending stuff. I continued to do my own research sporadically, until a few months ago when I found Screw Loose Change. I've been lurking more & more, and I finally signed up a few days ago so I could post. Simple enough, right?

Of course, it's taking over my free time to the point where I'd prefer if I didn't have to sleep, but that happens from time to time. Sometimes it's reading, other times games, other bulletin boards, and very occasionally writing snippets of stories or sketching things that won't leave my head.

So here, with my first post, I promise to only update when I'm up late. No promises on topics or coherency or the like. Where's the fun in that?
